Went there for the first time, liked the doctor, wanted to become a patient there, but reception personnel made a mistake instead of billing it as a wellness visit, they billed it as a sick visit and nobody was willing to correct it. It was supposed to be fully covered by insurance, now with that mistake had to pay out of pocket. Will have to look for another doctor and office.
Dr. Schwartz is a great OB. I stayed with her during my whole pregnancy. She is concise and fast responding. Whenever I leave messages on the my chart portal, she and her team respond within a few hours. Even during late evening, I got nurse to respond my message. She is also up to date with medical development on pregnancy and supports my decisions. With her help, my delivery plan was carried out smoothly with no delay.
