Dr. Witmer & her team truly care about patients!
I like my doctor, and the care I get - but the portal and website and text messaging system operate like it's 1999. No notice; then multiple notices; then electronic "conversations" that allow no actual RESPONSE; forms to print out and fill out and mail back instead of live-filling and returning. PMLGH is not only not responsive to complaints - there's no one to complain to!
This is the most unhelpful place ever. I have gone here for several years, but usually just for a well visit. However most recently I have been having a medical issue concerning my blood pressure and this place has proved to be so disappointing to the point that my friends and family are telling me I need to find a new doctor and I agree. From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated very kindly. The young woman who checked me in was very efficient and polite. The nurse who took me back to the room and took my blood pressure and weight was very friendly. Lastly Dr. Yoo was absolutely amazing. Listened intently ..asked detailed questions. Seemed very caring and willing to try to work to help me get better. One of the best experiences I had in visiting a medical facility. Very impressed with the Women's Specialty Center team !!
