My mother was able to receive home hospice care through Penn Med Hospice. My family cannot say enough about the level of care and compassion she received. My dad passed away at Chester County Hospital under the fantastic care of Penn Medicine Hospice. The hospice team was truly incredible! The doctor, nurses, social workers. Everyone was so kind and compassionate, thorough in their explanations, and they kept Dad comfortable through till the end. She had a different nurse each time, with no consistency of care. The triage number was a joke. Each time I needed immediate information I had to wait at least 15 min for a call back to address medication needs/adjustments. I ended... read more
