Though the patient drop off area is great, the lowered area for people using walkers and crutches, and me, a senior who can't handle curbs, is still way too far away from the entry door. There should be NO curb!

PM Healthworks Queen Street Family Practice is located on the fifth floor, and it’s truly a great place for care. I appreciate that I can usually get an appointment and be seen by a physician within two days. Communication through the Spruce app is also excellent—I typically receive a quick reply during their working hours. The nurses are friendly, courteous, and very informative. They always make me feel comfortable and well cared for. The atmosphere is relaxed and laid-back, and I never feel like just another number.
