Dr. Mignone was very helpful with my ear problem. He knew the problem, told me what I could do, what he could do, and next steps. He answered any question I had. I now have an ENT, DR. Mignone, to add to my list as I age. Thanks again.
I struggled with chronic sinus issues for years — constant pressure, tension headaches, and waking up every morning unable to breathe out of one nostril. This really wasnt meant as a review. Its more of a question pertaning to my surgery. The doctor performed surgery on me October 31st 2024. The reason Im writing is because the surgical site is still painful. I mentioned this to you in a recent office visit and it was met with a shrug of the shoulder. Maybe I saw Dr Mignone on a bad day. Been at the giving end of medicine for over 30 years and was disappointed in the care I received. I know that vertigo is not the most interesting medical condition and was surprised that he did not try the Epley maneuver as I was unable to get a PT appt for weeks. Not very empathetic and bedside manner was cold. Did a scope in the office, which was expertly done. Seemed very rushed. As I said, maybe he was having a bad day. I will not return or recommend. Dr. Mignone was extremely knowledgable and friendly! His staff was also very friendly and competent! Clean office, great people, quick appts., short waiting time, Dr. answers all questions with no rush....what more could you want! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! 😊👍
