This is Dave Rolewicz. I want to thank Dr. Lupa. Today is the first day in a few years that I have not had congestion, constantly blowing my nose and coughing up phlegm. Also, thank Dr. Lupa for the explanation on everything he was doing during the surgery. And lastly, thank him for the care you took in providing pain free surgery. Dave
This is an edited review. While I did not have a positive experience at Becker ENT, my initial review was responded to in a prompt manner including a phone call from the practice leadership team to address all the concerns.
Amazing doctor! Highly recommend. He is very detailed and smart. I had two surgeries with him. A true class act and excellent doc!
Dr. Lupa is an amazing doctor and I couldn't recommend him more! At the ER, I wasn't given the right type of meds for my severe double ear infection. After suffering for 4 days, I saw Dr. Lupa for the first time. He prescribed another oral antibiotic and ear drops. I took the new meds and within the same day, the swelling in my face and neck immediately went down and and the intense pain lessened significantly. I'm so thankful to have Dr. Lupa as my ENT, he truly cares about his patients!
