Dr. Becker is truly the best; he is one of the kindest people I’ve met, and truly cares about what he does and his patients. He helped me with my sinuses so much, and was able to fit me in for surgery very quickly. He made me feel so comfortable before surgery as well, answering any and all questions, and talked me through everything in a way I could understand. I have accompanied my daughter, a patient of Dr. Becker’s, on numerous appointments. I was just Googling his practice for some information & see reviews are posted on several locations, all outstanding, as they should be, because he is an amazing individual, until I accidentally clicked on the Sewell location which seems to have reviews by 2 outliers with an axe to grind so even though we go to the Voorhees location, I wanted to add my 2¢ here. 0 stars - I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this practice. I was charged for a procedure that I never received. I went in for a sore throat and left with a bill that claimed I had a nasal endoscopy, which simply did not happen. The appointment lasted about 10 minutes, during which Dr. Becker briefly looked into each nostril for no more than 5 seconds. Office billed my insurance 1100$ for a New Patient visit , 10 min talk about sinuses needing surgery. Not affordable!! It's not about Patient Care any longer!!! Nothing against the Doctor though.
