This was my first time going to Penn Medicine Backer ENT and Allergy and Dr.Kara Silberthau is the best! She was so sweet and caring and made me feel so comfortable throughout my whole appointment! The staff at the desk are also a wonderful help!
I went to seek help with my throat from a surgery. Dr. Silberthau was very warm and helpful. She listened me well, and helped me understand the potential issue. After she's done, she referred me to a speech pathologist for further help.
I had a very good experience with Becker ENT. I’m finally getting treatment for a problem I’ve had for many years.
