Easy to make appointment. Staff at the front desk were polite and friendly. No wait line to check in. The PA I saw was fantastic and friendly. I told her what was going on and she knew actually what I had. Gave me some exercises to do and off I went. I’m so happy I went to Penn Medicine ENT and if anything every comes up again I will definitely be going back to them

Doctor Lupa and staff are welcoming, efficient and concerned with the patients comfort. Dr Lupa explained each step and what to expect during a recent in office procedure.

Omg avoid this place if you're hoping for any respect! I went in for wax removal in my right ear. During the visit the dr told me of a procedure that could help my deviated-septum situation. Two days later I called to say it the wax wasn't all gone and I wanted more info on the procedure. They said the doctor would call back. He didn't. I called back again, 3-4 days later. Doctor Luba was thorough and attentive to my issues. He also identified further ENT problems I have to attend to. He spends some time with patients and strives to make them better!
