Quick and efficient service.
I didn't feel I was cared for and Dr. Lupa and staff were just going through the motions. Anything I need I had to ask for and remind them, and no one has been pro-active about my ear issues. My ears continue to ring like crazy. They let me walk out of there without a solution for my ears.
Dr. Yamasaki removed a cyst from my son's eyebrow. Her nurses were very helpful and kind, and she was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and made my son very comfortable with the whole procedure. We had to wait a bit, but it was 100% worth it with how great the procedure worked out.
