Very professional and caring!
I couldn’t be happier with their service. I walked in at 3pm as a new patient with a referral from my primary physician, and a nasty picture of my ear. They saw me right away! That rarely happens anywhere, so I am extremely grateful. I found the NP very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, which put me at ease
I was referred to Penn Medicine ENT by my primary physician Dr. Wilbert Warren due to something he discovered in my ear. Penn Medicine was able to take me as a walk in. The staff was courteous, pleasant and professional. Dr. Maina attended to me, she quickly accessed the problem and removed the blockage from my ear. She too was courteous, pleasant and professional. I have never needed the services of an ENT prior to May 20, 2026, however I am glad that if I need the services of an ENT I know where to go.
