This was my 1st appointment. Everyone was pleasant. I was greeted upon arrival, was escorted in a reasonable amount of time. Dr Sterling asked questions, listened and gave understandable explanations.
Was seen right on time. Dr Sterling listened and was very thorough. Staff was professional and very helpful!
The tech who took me back was very kind and happy and Dr Sterling was the great. Most efficient ENT that has ever treated me and this was only the first visit. He did more and saw more than others I have went to for months at a time.
