In 2023, I suffered a head injury that left me with Bell's Palsy, after doing extensive research I found Dr. Yamasaki who had expertise in that area and began seeing her in 2025. After a great consult we came up with a treatment plan that has completely restored my face. And I can breathe better! Ridiculous operation. I visited their office more than a month ago. They were supposed to get me on schedule for septoplasty and also follow up with insurance for coverage on cosmetic component. But never heard after a month. They neither put me on the schedule for surgery nor followed up with the insurance. Upon calling for an estimate after a month they did not call back for a week. They are running extremely inefficient operation. Stay miles away. I would give zero star if I could
Everything ran smoothly from the moment I entered to the time I left. The nurse was skilled an compassionate. The Doctor had hands of gold and was truly concerned that I was comfortable Great job!!!.
