Very impressed! I am dealing with very specific vocal cord issues related to essential tremors. I am 67 years old, have dealt with it a LONG time and have finally decided that I have to try something. I searched far and wide and somehow found this practice. I felt at ease immediately!! There is no quick fix to my issue but I feel heard for the first time and I finally feel like I am on the right path to some meaningful improvement in the quality of my life.
Very quick and Dr.Emerich was great and so helpful! She listened to all of my problems and gave me answers very fast. The front desk was helpful and my appointment was very smooth and easy.
I have been going to Becker ent since August for ETD and hearing loss. I started with Randi She is very knowledgeable and helped diagnose my issues. She took time to make sure I understood everything. She listened and made sure I was part of my treatment decisions. Randi referred me to Dr Navarro. He is very professional and caring.
