They made a simple pre op appointment very difficult. Scheduled me 3 days outside their “required scope.” Told me to leave mid appointment and come back. Blamed it on the surgeons requirement then later told me it’s their office requirement. Wanted to do a second EKG even though they did one three weeks earlier. I ended up going to urgent care.
