Been going here often for NST. Tara and her other coworkers are great! The ultrasound technicians have always been sweet, welcoming, and smiling. Front desk is friendly and always good at helping with scheduling.
The bedside manner from my tech was a little disappointing. Her ID badge said clinical leader and she had a student with her, so I had high hopes. She was efficient and everything appeared to be okay but wasn’t too friendly. This is my first pregnancy, so seeing the baby for the first time felt special. Naturally, I had questions about what I was seeing. Her attitude deterred me from asking any further questions. Had an absolutely awful experience for my first ultrasound for my first baby. First - scheduling was a nightmare. I called about 4x in the course of 1 week until someone finally picked up the phone and made an appt for me, 4 weeks out (that was their earliest availability). 1 week before my scheduled ultrasound appt, this office called my midwife to tell them they had been "trying to get a hold of me" because I wasn't in their schedule. My gf had an appointment for the baby at 20wks , appointment was made for 3:15. We got there early , then waited a half hour just for them to tell us they couldn’t see us after I already took off work early, and drove an hour. Claims to be a miscommunication between the team members. Obviously they have the iq of a fish because instead of telling us when we got there they told us a half hour after we signed in.
