During our appointment we felt rushed and not wanted. I don’t know if this tech hates her job or if she is just a miserable person. But, as I see now, I am not the first patient complaining about her. I am shocked this office keeps people so rude and unprofessional with so much lack of empathy. Her name was Elizabeth (she tried so hard for us not to see her badge) We are not coming back to this office ever again.
The bedside manner from my tech was a little disappointing. Her ID badge said clinical leader and she had a student with her, so I had high hopes. She was efficient and everything appeared to be okay but wasn’t too friendly. This is my first pregnancy, so seeing the baby for the first time felt special. Naturally, I had questions about what I was seeing. Her attitude deterred me from asking any further questions. They don’t care. Super unprofessional. For example, we had appointment and the NP refused to speak with us because we didn’t have 4 documented blood sugars, even though our obgyn said we were did not have gestational dm. And we had several blood sugars for every day, just not 4 every time. It was appauling.
Been going here often for NST. Tara and her other coworkers are great! The ultrasound technicians have always been sweet, welcoming, and smiling. Front desk is friendly and always good at helping with scheduling.
