The doctors take their time with each patient, and I am glad I was never rushed out of an appointment. The doctors I saw (Debbs and Wang) are encouraging, clearly communicate what is happening, and they are extremely knowledgeable about different conditions. ultrasound techs are great as well. All the tests and everything you talked about goes to your penn medicine portal. This was so helpful for sharing information with my other medical providers.
Extremely long wait times and moderate amount of patients. 30 min+ wait times every time you’re there.
Recently had my third baby with Penn Medicine, and this was my first time visiting CH for my anatomy scan. I've had high-risk pregnancies/supervision for high risk, and I get very familiar with the process from 32 weeks to delivery at 39 weeks, as I have to do bi-weekly NSTs and weekly ultrasounds. The waiting room is a bit disorganized, due to the overlap of all the different offices, not necessarily the fault of MFM itself. No responsibility at all, I never suggest this to anyone, I had bad exp with my test results, they said in 7 to 10 days i will get the report but they took 14 days to say “ Sorry the test is failed” No update on next schedule of the test, Still taking lots of time to schedule another appt. I am very very disappointed with them.
Easy check-In but Everytime I come the wait time is extremely long!! I've seen ppl come right in and are called within 5 mins...I'm constantly told they have different doctors....well I need to be changed to any of those doctors. I've sat and watched two groups of patients be called back while I'm still waiting which is absurd
