Both times I had an appointment at this office the receptionist was super sweet and so informative. Both times my ultra sound technicians how ever were not. My first appointment was with Vanessa and she was ok not very informative about what we were looking at or what parts of the baby she was taking pictures of or measuring. However the 3D picture she took of the babies face was wonderful and I understand that people have off days . The second appoint I had was with Alaina and a new employee that was training. Doctors told me after many detailed scans that my baby was 100% normal. Turns out they read my scans wrong and my daughter had multiple physical defects and passed away at 10 days old. Front desk staff is also beyond rude and no matter how many questions you ask they will never give you a polite response back.
Upon checking out very unprofessional place Is ran like a zoo would not recommend
