We were extremely happy with Penn Jersey Development House Lifting. The project was done in under 90 days and my family was happily able to move home. The work done was of very high quality and the communication between the project manager and us was excellent.
Penn Jersey is a wonderful company to work with. Whenever I contacted anyone in the company with a question, I always received an immediate response. I signed our contract in November 2015 and we moved out of the house on January 31, 2016 and the lift started three weeks later. From start to finish the whole project took 89 days and we were back in our home. I was affected by Super Storm Sandy; I had done lots of research on different companies that did house raising. I feel I made a great decision to work with Penn Jersey Development. The owner, Gerry Baldachino was always available to help with all issues. One of my issue was funding, Gerry sat down with me to solve the problem and we were able to keep my project moving forward.
