Had my first appointment today, everyone was great from the front desk lady to the assistant Destiney and Dr. Elliot was awesome, he showed concerned about all my issues I expressed and that’s all I can ask for, is to be heard and taken seriously!!!
I love my primary doctor here but will be changing to another practice. I had an emergency appointment Wednesday and ended up with a lung infection. The doctor seen (not my primary) was supposed to call in an antibiotic but did not. It’s now Friday afternoon and 5 phone calls later and still no Rx 48 hours later. I’m came to the office to try to deal with it and I’ve been sitting here an hour - the ladies working here have been good about helping. My lung infection just gets worse.
