I love my primary doctor here but will be changing to another practice. I had an emergency appointment Wednesday and ended up with a lung infection. The doctor seen (not my primary) was supposed to call in an antibiotic but did not. It’s now Friday afternoon and 5 phone calls later and still no Rx 48 hours later. I’m came to the office to try to deal with it and I’ve been sitting here an hour - the ladies working here have been good about helping. My lung infection just gets worse. I'm done with this office! I've been seeing Dr. Curtis Nolt for a couple years now and have not been pleased with him. I have to ask him for feedback on my test results each time. If something is abnormal, he never reaches out to discuss; not even a quick message to my inbox. It's like he doesn't check the results unless you bring it to his attention. I clearly have an ear issue. Asked him to check last visit and he looked in each ear for literally ONE SECOND and said everything looks good. He didn't even take the time to ch... read more
