I left this practice due to the awful treatment by the office staff. They are rude and uncaring. Back in August, I was having severe pain in my neck. I spoke to Rochelle in the office and she said that she would let the doctor (Yadav) know that I was in severe pain (and that I sent her a message- via Penn Medicine patient portal). I give them one star because I love my nurse practitioner Karen. It would have been a minus 10 if it weren’t for her. The office staff is awful with the exception of Amber and maybe one other person who are the only staff members that are knowledgeable and professional. You cannot get in for sick visits because they are always booked. I spend almost all of my sick visits at Urgent Care because they are not available to their patients.
