This practice has turned into a nightmare as of late. The medical professionals are golden, but the front office staff suck. Their customer service skills leave much to be desired. I no call no showed my first appointment in a long time-I have been with this practice for almost 15 years if not more- and the new policy is awful. Sean Thompson is a great primary care provider. When I have an issue he takes the time to listen and treat the issue right away
Terrible experience with highly misleading staff about insurance coverage. Had 5 one hour visits That ended up costing me thousands. The amount they charge for physical therapy is insanely unreasonable. Many of these sessions ended early and the problem I was addressing got much worse.
