I actually go to a cardiologist in the Penn system here and the staff as well as doctors are amazing
Friendly, professional and organized.
I'm still waiting for the doctor to send in my script. 5 days of reaching out and no response. No concern for my time or needs. Unacceptable lack of professionals.
Last year, gave me an appointment for next years physical. I took off of work to attend and as I was near the office, received a phone call saying it was too early for my annual physical, even though they scheduled it, and forced me to cancel. I asked why did they schedule it and then now tell me way in advance. Front desk response was “we’re telling you now, teehee”. I didn’t know there was a 365 day limit before each annual Physical. Healthcare, am I right?
