Went to Penn before and was treated well. Intend to return
Had a wonderful first visit at this office! The office itself is a little dated, but everyone was extremely prompt and made for a very smooth process from start to finish which I find is rare for a doctor’s office- I barely waited at all at any point during my visit. Dr. Kick is also great-really glad I switched from Penn Presby to Penn Media!
they stopped one of my anxiety meds cause i need to med check or something. and because i had car issues and missed the apointment all of a sudden the wait for an apointment went from like a few days to 4 months. like i dont even want the apointment i just need the meds refilled. theyre anxiety meds. i take several medications for a heart condition i have and this is one of them. so ya know, if i get an anxiety attack i could end up hospitalized. to even refill it on the app its still a 3 day wait but i already ran out so by... read more
