I have been getting my infusion from Penn for years, since before they opened this new location. The staff is phenomenal, very kind, and the facility is top notch. However, my main issue comes with the terrible communication between appointments. Since I receive a non-oncology (yet life sustaining) infusion, the only way I can reach someone outside of my appt time is by using a voicemailbox.
