The staff was very helpful and caring. They made me feel at ease and never felt uncomfortable.
A nurse phoned me and told me I wasn’t allowed to see anyone face to face in the hospital due to no available space for me, I tried to tell her I wanted to see a psychiatrist and to refer me, she ignored that and told me I could only speak to her on the phone, I spoke to her once on the phone and at the end of the call she fobbed me off with telling me to do breathing exercise, I knew they would fob me off with some surface level NPC text book advice such as to drink tea or to do breathing exercise or similar scripted roboti... read more
