I knew the owners grandparents, they were such good people and he is carrying on in the same professional manner, staff was so nice and pleasant, made me feel comfortable, I will continue to use this company

I have been a customer with Penn Home for about 3 years. I will say that the staff has been super helpful and always so polite to work with. I've gotten nebulizers, compression stockings and supplies for C-PAP, and the staff is so helpful, understanding and compassionate! I would rather work with this staff and make the drive for phenomenal customer service than I would save on gas to deal with scorpions here in town.

Very disrespectful delivery drivers! They act like they don't want to do their jobs!! Then I call and they say I'll get a callback in the morning, yeah that doesn't happen!! Then I think imma get a call the next day, nope, only to get my door knocked on like they the damn police!! CALL TO WARN PEOPLE!! Not all can jump and answer a door as soon as ya knock!!!
