I was looking for a vet that acted like a Vet and not a greedy money machine. These dog doctors think they are high classed and better than we are . So I was told about Penn Hills Veterinary, the Dr there is fantastic and he does what vets should do. Care about the patient, not about money. He didn't need X-rays and blood tests cause he is so good at his job he already knew what was wrong with my poor boy, that all the other vets in the area of Lower Burrell wouldn't even touch till I gave them 300 dollars.
