Kendrick was fantastic! He readily allowed my son and me to take the Ford Focus for a test drive on our own. He also promptly agreed to our request to have the car inspected in Maryland before signing any agreement. The Focus passed the MD state inspection flawlessly, and we proceeded with the purchase.
