I had an Excellent Experience with PA Kelly who works at QCare. She was very professional and wise and caring. She diagnosed and provided necessary medication and health care for my index finger. I would highly recomend her for her excellence in health care.
I was seen this evening in QCare by Bryton Shuey. Aside from being professional and caring towards me, she was also extremely well spoken and knowledgeable in what steps needed to be taken in order to get me feeling better. She was such a positive energy and made me feel completely safe and comfortable under her care. I am so grateful to have her at the Penn Highlands Elk QCare facility!!
I went there and was told I have an ear infection in both ear they gave me ear drops and an antibiotic. I ran out of the ear drops before the day I was supposed to and it was a small bottle to begin with and I am supposed to put 10 drops in my ears but today I only got to do 5 in each ear.
I took my son to Q Care Saturday morning at 9 am - I was hoping we wouldn’t have to wait too long as he was in a lot of pain due to an ear infection. We were in and out in 45 minutes! Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
