I don't know which bldg these reviews come from, but I went to the glass bldg today to penn highlands orthopedics and sport medicine. They were very courteous and prompt there. Saw Dr Jason Clark there. Very nice man. Quick to listen to my problems, offer starting solution, and took care of it. These reviews are crazy because it was a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Dr Clark to anyone. Highly recommend you see him. Very courteous, friendly,and caring.
They keep sending me text and emails about confirming my appointment and to fill out patient intake information. I did not make this appointment and I don’t even live in PA. I have called, sent email etc. nothing!! Still getting them
Found it hard to give 1 star!!! Let's just say that I went through alot of untreated pain for 2 years. Have to have same surgery 2 years later!! Couldn't refer anyone!
Horrible experience. Do not recommend.
This place is a joke. I was having knee pain and my knee was swollen and could not straighten my leg. I went to the Dr and he referred me to them. They couldn't get me in until 4 weeks after my Dr's appointment. I took the appointment and then called University Orthopedics and they got me in less than a week from my appointment. Now I need to cancel my appointment with them and I have tried for three days and no one is answering the phones. If you are that short staffed at least hire a temp agency person to answer the phones... read more
