People who answer the phones are very rude and act like your bugging them. This is there job if they can't be nice they shouldn't work with the public. No one should have to put up with the way they treat people had nothing but attitude when I call Everytime

Receptionist at neurology check-in desk, with long dark hair, is very unprofessional and rude. There are very ill patients that walk through those doors. I have noticed she has no compassion or empathy toward any of them. There are signs taking about being kind and she is definitely not that. She makes you feel like a nuisance.
