This company is very slow in getting products processed through insurance. My mother in laws lift chair has been in the warehouse over a week, the company can't find 2 delivery people to deliver it. Totally ridiculous for a large company. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT FOREVER!
Update: They were bought by a different company and after finally getting ahold of someone, they told me to ignore the letter. Original review: Was told if I met the qualifications for a CPAP that my insurance will pay for it. Got a letter saying i qualified and I'm good to go. 2 years later I'm getting a letter saying my insurance isn't paying for it and that I have to return it or I'm going to be charged around $3,000 for the unit unless I return it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Took an entire day to get a bilirubin light for my daughter after being called multiple times without reaching anyone. Doctor office couldn’t reach anyone. Offered to pick the light up, no response. Why is nothing being done about the fact that they have very poor customer service/support. Very disappointing!!! Very frustrating!!!!
Was referred here for a CPAP machine- absolutely horrendous customer service.
