I’ve been trying for 5 months to get my mothers lift chair fixed at first it was a lack of in-house communication (parts were delivered but no one knew where they went)so after talking to Lewis the Director things seemed to be moving along and then its the chair company holding up the fix, part after part has been replaced to no resolution. It’s all come to a stop, no return calls from Lewis or Tom to even give an update this is very sad especially when it’s a subsidiary of Penn highlands

I know someone who is trying to become a new customer since 12/01/2025. And still no equipment. She going back to COLE CARE, INC in Coudersport

Rose moved to St Mary's from Port Allegheny. Trying to get her sleep machine from yours. Rose is going back to UPMC Cowdersport Home Health Equipment. Rose's doctor is sending out the paperwork when she is still in the office on her appointment days. Must be your machine! Or yours have too MANY locations.

This company is very slow in getting products processed through insurance. My mother in laws lift chair has been in the warehouse over a week, the company can't find 2 delivery people to deliver it. Totally ridiculous for a large company. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT FOREVER!
