The experience on July 11, 2024 at Penn Highlands was what I expected from a patient centric health care organization. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. After completing a personal information questionnaire a nurse went over it in detail with me and updated information as needed. I gave her a copy of the lab results and clinical notes concerning my Bacteroides Fragilis infection.
