If I could put zero stars I would. I literally just left here 20 minutes ago. I sat there for almost 2 hours and not a single person checked on me. I got test results via text message and my discharge paperwork via text message. No nurse or doctor came in to go over test results or discharge paperwork. I had to press the nurse call button. Then I heard a nurse say "is someone in room three" before proceeding to check my room. At that point, they realize that someone was still in there and had not been discharged yet. I absolutely love, love, love Penn Highland! I spent a week there 6+ months ago and had the best experience. It's a beautiful facility, spacious, private, rooms, very attentive care and the absolute best medical staff I've ever encountered. Both the nurses and the doctors were so genuine and so kind. I thought perhaps I just got lucky however I had another encounter over the weekend and again, the entire staff were outstanding! I am so thankful to have this facility available to me for care and I'll never go anywhere else.

Today I had my appointment with Kyle Sutherland and what a breath of fresh air. There was no rush we sat talked and got to know each other. Talked about my concerns and health goals. If you are looking for functional/family medicine this is place, this is how healthcare should be.
