As far as my personal interaction with Dr O'Neill she was very respectful and very nice. Unfortunately, I just received the call today from their office stating that in their attempts to get a hold of me which would have been three times they have to discharge me as a patient. First of all, never received any notifications about appointments. Never received any phone call. I take care of a 93-year-old woman and I struggle with vertigo. CRNP Grimm& dr De Sa are excellent. Whiting and Bisbey are... Well hubris is their largest attribute. That's not good. Doctor... know thyself.

Western medicine is a joke and so is penn highlands. What's a real doctor? I don't know because none exist anymore. 🤣
This is the worst service we have ever received! The facility has a lot of PAs and they really do not have the experience needed to service their members. For example, Alicia Wurm ignored my husband symptoms, did not prescribe the right medication and did not explain his medical condition to him. This is very negligent and borders on malpractice. If you’re going to have PAs, that’s fine, but make sure they know what they’re doing not like Alicia. Would an MD send a member home with a 200 level blood sugar count with no instr... read more
