Excellent staff, but disappointed by the doctor’s attitude. The front desk and nursing staff were absolutely exceptional—kind, professional, and attentive. I never felt like my concerns were being dismissed or that I was overreacting. Unfortunately, my experience with the doctor (Dr. Mattison) was disappointing. Only able to give one star for the one nurse who finally came and asked if I needed to use the restroom after being in a room for 4 hours without being checked on, peeked on, grunted at, looked at, touched or even thought of. Well they thought enough to turn my monitor off, you know, the one that kept going off due to difficulty breathing. Saw the doc twice. He forgot I was there and introduced himself twice.
