Waited 2 hours in the ER just to be told there are no rooms available and they would have no idea when they could see actually see us. Would give 0 stars is possible, literally the worst hospital around. Go anywhere else

I was scheduled for a 2nd mammogram screening do to an "odd mark" on my test. Something like this leaves u worried until the next results. After pre-registering, and waiting all week; when I arrived for my imaging, the woman at registration informed me of a $200+ detectable before they would give me a diagnostic mammogram. Well with no warning of this payment and a week of worrying, I left in tears. Should they not tell you when making the appointment or at least when registering that there will be a deductable???? They make you wait for hours at a time in the ER no matter how severe you are, don’t go here!

I found myself here with an extreme emergency recently. It ended up in a hospitalization that lasted more than a week, at the DuBois sister facility, since the specialty services I needed were available there. I ended up spending an entire day in an ER bay until I could be transferred to the DuBois location. During my stay, I received premium treatment and quality care. I was really impressed with the level of service, the professionalism, the attention to detail, and the respectful care.
