Don’t come here even employees of pen highlands have to wait hours and hours for care this place is a joke my wife has hit the call bell five times in twenty minutes and nobody will even come through the doors biggest joke of a hospital they only care about how it looks not how it functions
I’d give Zero stars if I could! The care or lack there of in this place is absolutely disgraceful! I don’t know why people don’t hit this place with multiple lawsuits when they have real, legitimate reasons to do so. I’ve been here several times with family members and have watched the staff verbally abuse them, withhold treatment, and/or completely ignore them as well as other patients. The entire staff should be replaced starting with the top and going all the way to the bottom! SHAME ON YOU!!!
Fabulous care. Caring people. We were in on a weekend and they were busy. Nothing but good things to say. They made an awful night as good as it could possibly be.
