If you call the medical on call provider it’s always go to the ER because they are not familiar with your child. The ER’s are overwhelmed by these providers being lazy. It’s an easy fix for them now that they have no longer have pediatricians only PA’s and CRNP’s to advise going to the ER. Our office is Clearfield is AMAZING and we have AMAZING providers but the office in DuBois and surrounding areas that I have reached all seem to be the same and that’s AWFUL! It’s sad that this is how Penn Highlands is ran anymore.
Why is it i call the office at 318pm and get a recording that states office is closed? Hours are CLEARLY advertised till 4pm so why is nobody doing their job?
