Dr. Garrahy is great, his approach and the way he speaks to patients is amazing. This also includes the staff. They are very helpful, they have even helped me with medical questions and help outside of the appointment needs. Special shout out to Haley and Heather- both have been incredible to speak to and go above and beyond every time. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Was just sent home because their computer system is down. I then asked “ you can’t dispense life-saving medication because your computer is down and the young lady behind the counter answered with a snarky “yes”. The computer doesn’t disperse medication. Very unprofessional, they should have a system in place to be able to dispense medication instead of being a slave to computers.

I've am patient with this staff for 6 yrs they saved my life Dr McLaughlin was my original Dr he retired and Stacy took care of me until Dr carraday took over although I'm not thrilled with penn medicine overall this staff is the best around..they helped me take care of my but she was so far advanced we couldn't save her but the staff called me every time I need something Best care around here btw I'm not the model patient they're very caring and patient
