AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO LIVE WITH MICE! We experienced a serious mouse infestation at our townhome managed by Boyd Wilson Property Management. Despite reporting the issue promptly, their response was inadequate and caused significant disruption to our lives. The issue was brought to my attention by a neighbor having a similar issue - NO proactive measures were taken and they have taken zero responsibility for their lack of attention.
