We have been living here for a year and we find this place so lovely. Every Staff here is so friendly and kind. The response of issues is heartwarming. The maintenance team is so swift. The environment is well kept. We love to call this home
I've been living here for almost a year and a half and I truly can't imagine living anywhere else!! I'm a homebody so I haven't used the public spaces as much but I truly love my apartment. All of the office staff are so kind and friendly, and incredibly helpful. I haven't had the chance to attend any community events but they always look so fun! The leasing team has made the entire move-in process seamless! Penn Grant is a wonderful, peaceful community. I love that leasing and management truly care for the residents- they respond so quickly to calls and emails and are on top of things! I would recommend everyone to live here if I could!
Simply wonderful place to call home. The staff is friendly, thoughtful and goes out of their way to help and follow-up! Maintenance ( shout out to James & Pete ), are knowledgeable, thorough, respectful and trustworthy! The grounds are well maintained and beautiful! The complex just had streets, parking lots and sidewalks repaired ( honestly were well maintained before ). I've also been pleased with fellow residents. Penn Grant Commons is a fantastic place to live!
