AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO LIVE WITH MICE! We experienced a serious mouse infestation at our townhome managed by Boyd Wilson Property Management. Despite reporting the issue promptly, their response was inadequate and caused significant disruption to our lives. The issue was brought to my attention by a neighbor having a similar issue - NO proactive measures were taken and they have taken zero responsibility for their lack of attention. Neighborhood is friendly and convenient to shopping ares and restaurants; work orders are attended to in a timely manner; management is accessible if needed.
Great place to live. My wife and I moved to the area recently and the people at Penn Grant Commons made the process extremely easy. 10/10 very safe, and very clean.
