I recently retired to Lancaster, PA. Last summer I visited many communities to residence in and I am so happy I decided on Penn Grant Commons. The apartments are large and very modern. If you have a problem maintenance comes immediately. The office is very helpful, polite and business friendly. The grounds are kept exceptional. The amenities are great. I will end by saying, A Fantastic Place to Live.
I have had an amazing experience at Penn Grant Commons so far. I moved here in February and felt immediately welcomed by the awesome team who works in the office. Additionally, I had a couple small maintenance things that needed to be taken care of and was promptly assisted by James on the maintenance team. I would highly recommend PGC to anyone who asks!
I had a great experience from start to finish. The leasing staff was warm, professional, and knowledgeable—they made me feel welcome right away and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. MOUSE INFESTATION - I had a frustrating experience with Boyd Wilson property management. I discovered a mouse in my townhome, which I caught and removed, but further investigation revealed more mouse activity. After reporting this issue, I learned that Boyd Wilson only has one certified technician for pest control, and he was on vacation, leaving us to handle the situation ourselves over the weekend. Amazing Experience at Penn Grant Commons so far! We moved into Penn Grant Commons in late January, and our experience has been nothing short of incredible! From the very beginning, we were fortunate to work with Christian, who made the entire process smooth and welcoming. She was super kind, patient, and genuinely caring.
