Ghosted me. Well I really needed quite a few panes of windows replaced in this home that im flipping and called on penn after mobile was unprofessional and ghosted me. They came in, measured and told me they'd do the job and have a bid ready in the morning and would call me.. and i said jokingly " are you actually interested in the job? bc mobile glass ghosted me." I originally bought a mirror from them about a year ago for $300 and unfortunately it was broken. So I called back to get an extract copy and was told to wait a week, so I did. Called back the next week and finally he came to take the measurement… never heard back. So I called AGAIN and he STILL was saying that he didn’t get anything even written up and it was three weeks at this point. Highly recommend, I needed a few pieces of glass for my center piece. I needed at that moment since Thanks giving was only a week away. This place took care of me in a professionally and affordable way. No waiting a week or overpricing like other glass shops that I won't mention. Definitely will do more business here👍🏾
