I don't usually write a review on here, but I'd like to give one today for Amber D. I've been trying to call and schedule an appointment for my pain/follow up with the GYN but I got no help from anyone...until I called my family pratice and talked to Amber. She could have just told me there's no current open spot when I wanted a follow up apt and moved on to the next call. I’ve been a patient here for five years and my experience has gotten worse and worse. I’m leaving for a concierge doctor now because of the appalling treatment I have received here. I was initially a patient of Dr Melanie Ice who was wonderful, and upon her retirement I was transferred to Dr Jessica Snyder. Dr Snyder is a competent doctor but even as an established patient of hers for years, I cannot get in to see her for acute issues. Such a terrible experience in west Chester Emergency room. My wife is not well since Yesterday evening we went to urgent care and they have referred to PENN emergency room at West Chester. We came here at 12.20 PM but no proper response from teams and don’t know when they will call , waiting in hall blindly without knowing ETA. No food no water… what a terrible experience. Still waiting.. now it’s 3 PM no response.

The office experience was fine, and the doctor and medical assistant were great, however I had to give a urine sample, and I have to say the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, the toilet looked like it had not been cleaned in a year, as well as the floors are filthy in the bathroom and the tile floors in general. I really think for a doctors office, the bathroom and toilet should be spotless. I could not wait to leave the bathroom. I think these should be cleaned prior to a patient using them.

Worst I've at a Doctor office.The first girl needs attitude adjustment. Thank God I don't go there.we would be yelling at her.
