I don't usually write a review on here, but I'd like to give one today for Amber D. I've been trying to call and schedule an appointment for my pain/follow up with the GYN but I got no help from anyone...until I called my family pratice and talked to Amber. She could have just told me there's no current open spot when I wanted a follow up apt and moved on to the next call. I’ve been a patient here for five years and my experience has gotten worse and worse. I’m leaving for a concierge doctor now because of the appalling treatment I have received here. I was initially a patient of Dr Melanie Ice who was wonderful, and upon her retirement I was transferred to Dr Jessica Snyder. Dr Snyder is a competent doctor but even as an established patient of hers for years, I cannot get in to see her for acute issues.
