One of our favorites. Customer for decades. Great docs and staff, on time appointments. Penn VF is for continuing care…routine appointments, cardiology checkups, oncology, etc., not urgent care. Often we take our dog when we have an appointment. One goes in while the other takes a nice dog walk on the paved trail that can be accessed by a sidewalk near the entrance. The lobby cafe is modest, but has coffee, sandwiches, etc. limited hours, from morning till 1:30pm or so. Free parking, 2 deck garage.
Penn Med at VF used to be great. They have now totally stopped treating people and now treat wallets! The lab made an error in my bloodwork by not running one of the tests. I spoke with the nurse who said no worries, they would just run it off the blood they had from the previous day. 3 weeks later I called for the results and was told "sorry, the lab never ran the test." The nurse told me I could just come into the office at any time and have it drawn because it was a Penn error. When I went in today I was very rudely told ... read more
