This facility is understaffed and the wait times are very long. They do not have any drop off system for labs so you have to wait a second time just to give it to them.
My appointment was with the lab today for bloodwork. I also had a stool sample. The receptionist asked to see my script. I gave it to her and told her I had a sample as well. She asked me if it was ordered. Well, you just looked at my script so you tell me? My name was shouted to come back, but I didn’t see a person waiting for me. It’s the first time I went here to do the physical with Dr. Beauparlant. When I used Google Map to find the location, I saw one very bad review for Dr. Beauparlant. It gave me a very bad feeling for choosing a wrong doctor. The fact is totally reverse. Dr. Beauparlant is very patient, very thorough, very smart to find my past record with Penn Medicine and quickly picked up and realized my health issues in the past. I like Penn medince here. They are very welcomeing and nice and they help.u where ur going and the nurses and doctors does the right thing and help me to succeed in life and I do recommend this Penn medince. Has great parking and very nice cafe. And clean bathrooms. And great sign for where ur going.
