I missed the efficiency of this office. We have to talk to an operator so they can address my medical issues and the office will return my call after 2 days.. For years it wasn’t run this way. Someone called me back and asked me if this is what I see in social media after I address my medical concern. Hashtag can I get a real care.
Dr. Redzic is just amazing! Everytime I leave an appointment all I think is how lucky I am to have such an excellent pcp. He ALWAYS takes the time to listen to me, educate me and discuss any and all health concerns. I have been going to him for 3 yrs now and I could not have asked for a better doctor. You can tell he really cares about his patiens. Thank you being the example that all physicians should strive to be! I have my son going to him now..if only they accepted Medicare i would have my mom n dad going to him as well ... read more
Penn Family medicine has been my practice going back to when they were in Gibbsboro. My son had an appointment with Dr.Kim. She spoke down to him the entire time and did not listen to his concerns. When he was speaking of his anxiety she told him “the fact that he is not dead should relieve his anxiety.” I am furious and would not recommend Dr.Kim to anyone.
Megan Boyce was amazing! The new doctor Kim -is awful would NOT recommend.
Was a great practice in Gibbsboro! Then initially in Voorhees with Dr Tokazewski, Risha Hertz, Keara Ahearn and Megan Boyce. Took care of their patience and listened to their symptoms. Finally found relief from some chronic health issues with effective treatment. Unfortunately, all have left and Dr T is now only there part time. New Dr seem too busy to make medical decisions based on history of an effective care plan and patients medical needs.
