Very frustrated that I had an annual appointment scheduled and I get a call/voicemail a month out telling me the providers hours changed. I call back the following day and I’m told the next time they can see me is 3 weeks out and no early times like I previously had to avoid impact to my work schedule. They got the date wrong on my referral twice then hung up on me when I called back a third time to have them correct it.
Dr. McElrone is the best! She listens and gives the time necessary to know her patients. I’ve been with her for several years and have always felt like an active participant in my health journey. Her knowledge of new practices and honesty is reassuring. She’s attentive as is her team. I have been really happy and well cared for here.
