How are you a doctor's office that makes it nearly impossible to schedule appointments for sick people? A 48 hour turn-around time is absolutely ridiculous when someone is ill. Reply to their reply: I'm already on the cancellation list, and it's not "further in the future than I would like" it's later than necessary when someone is ill. Penn medicine ownership has ruined this healthcare practice. Great doctors but it’s nearly impossible to get treatment. Call Center approach has completely eliminated any attention or consideration to Customer Care. How can call Center operators be qualified to decide if I deserve or need care?
I’ve had nothing but problems with this office since Traci left. Most recently they left me without crucial medication after assuring me I had refills for a year! Messing with my health is so extremely unprofessional! Time to get my medical records and get out!
Can not make appointment call center is incompetent, Can not call local office when something is needed, only call center can do anything you need, they have no clue what they are doing. We should be able to call our local office to questions, concerns, and whatever services we need. This call center is unacceptable. Penn Medicine need to change this policy.
