Only property I've played at is Ameristar East Chicago IN. Over 15 visits since 2018, over $40,000 lost with 3 w2gs under $1400.00. Place is a total sham , filing multiple complaints against them in my state and fed , for weaponization of technology , illegal biometrics , illegal return to player under 5%. I waited for a slot person to come to me and retrieve my voucher from a machine for 30 minutes! When Eric the guy got there I asked why I had to wait sooo long for help. His response was priceless.. he said do you think your the only person in this casino? Horrible.. he arrived after I called Hollywood main number and asked for her to send help. How ridiculous is that. They ignore help lights at 1.55 am on a Tuesday. Not a terribly busy time I'd say.
Worst Customer Support and Appreciation in all the industry. 24/7 Customer Support Chats are never answered. Calling in to Support always gets the same answer——they don’t know the answer and I should contact my host. Calls and emails to management go unanswered. No matter the issue. Same scenario every single time with rewards program and local casinos. It’s deplorable.
Someone used my card and spent almost $1,000.00 and still wasn't taken care of. They made the mistake of not fixing it. And gave the perfect opportunity to file a suit.
The rewards program is very strange. Lost all my rewards 2 mo ago. Machines are ok. The staff at the argosy KC location was very unhelpful . What was a good and fun place to go is not worth going. Bye . bye. Jason
