I changed my rating, it was previously a 1 star due to a bad experience. It is now a 5. I am very happy with Dr. Falcon and her staff.
I changed my rating, it was previously a 1 star due to a bad experience that was addressed and corrected. Dr Falcon is very good. But my daughter has not been able to be seen since 2022 because of dr's need to reschedule. Appointments are booked up for 6 months! I asked that my daughter be placed on the cancelation list. I am now having insurance problems getting a medication refilled because it has been so long since she was seen.
I just recently fired my endocrinologist not because of the care which was okay with Dr Falcon. They called me today and canceled an appointmenmt made 6 months ago and can't squeeze me in for another 6 months. Unacceptable!
Non-responsive and impossible to contact. Staff and Penn Medicine is terrible
