I’ve been ordering and doing business with Penn-Elcom for almost 13 years. 11-1/2 years at this location specifically. They have always taken care of us and Tim Allen specifically has always been a pleasure to work with and is always on the ball. Even when we’ve been in a tight spot or a normal mistake or oversight has happened, they have always gone over and above to help or make things right. Thanks Tim and Crew!
Made in China mostly Not UK. Not same quality. John & Roger work hard. Ricardo & Rob lazy. Take long breaks Scott allows it. Tim nice guy. They take lunch at 12:30 when the trucks come & Leave the temps. HQ in UK should read this.

I do not know why they lie to the People who Close at 5:00 pm today it was 1:30 pm in emergency from far away to buy a material and the door was closed the sellers were inside they looked at me and said it is already closed.
